AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Dicky L. Adkins, 31, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 4, 2005, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, charge, probation continued and no sentence imposed.

Mark P. Barrett, 41, Lewiston, failing to comply with sex offender registration act, second offense, on May 24, dismissed.

Mark Patrick Barrett, 41, Gardiner, probation violation on a Nov. 3 stalking charge, sentenced to 13 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Amber M. Belanger, 19, Lewiston, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, aggravated, and driving to endanger on Aug. 9, 2006, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 18 months at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended, one year probation and 100 hours community service; second charge filed with no cost.

Gregory Bell, 39, Lewiston, operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and driving to endanger on May 29, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $550 and license suspended 30 days.

Tracey D. Bernier, 35, Litchfield, criminal threatening on Aug. 5, 2006, found guilty, fined $500.

Scott M. Bloodgood, 43, Lewiston, two counts of assault on Oct. 2, 2003, both charges dismissed.

Kenneth A. Brown, 45, Greene, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and attaching false plates on Aug. 1, found guilty on first charge; fined $1,000 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Nathaniel J. Bullock, 30, Auburn, operating under the influence on May 21, 2006, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Franklin D. Bushey, 69, Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 20, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation and restitution of $2,125.

Daniel Buteau, 20, Greene, robbery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 25, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 22 days at the county jail.

Gary Wayne Caldwell, 58, Saco, unlawful sexual contact on July 1, 1997, found guilty, sentenced to three years at the state prison, with all suspended, and three years’ probation.

Chad L. Camire, 21, Auburn, robbery, assault and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 22, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 364 days at the state prison with all but 62 days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $42.10 on second charge; sentenced to 60 days at the county jail on third charge.

Chad L. Camire, 21, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, attaching false plates, failing to stop for an officer, operating a vehicle without a license and violating condition of release on May 25, 2006, all charges dismissed.

Paul Caron, 25, Poland, assault on May 21, 2006, reckless conduct on Feb. 16, 2006, and operating after registration suspended on Jan. 12, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500; third charge dismissed.

Elmer B. Carter Jr., 52, Lewiston, aggravated trafficking of schedule Z drugs on March 7, dismissed; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Feb. 20, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to three years at the county jail with all but eight months suspended and two years probation; second and third charges dismissed.

Patrick Chapman, 26, Springfield, Mass., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Jan. 31, both charges dismissed.

James E. Charlton, 35, Windham, two counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 4, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 10 years at the state prison with all but three years suspended, three years probation and restitution of $43,724 on first charge; sentenced to three years at the state prison for each on second and third charges; sentenced to two years at the state prison on fourth charge.

Kim Chase, 42, Auburn, assault on July 25, 2006, dismissed.

Delshone Chestnut, 25, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on March 19, 2005, and two counts of unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on March 18, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Herbert Chickering Jr., 28, Poland, assault on Aug. 6, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to three years at the county jail with all but six months suspended and two years probation.

Clement, 23, Lewiston, probation violation on a May 21, 2006, burglary charge, sentenced to five days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 21, 2006, and violation of condition of release on Sept. 6, found guilty on first charge, unconditional discharge; second charge dismissed.

Byron Daigle, 44, Auburn, operating under the influence and operating beyond license restriction on May 12, 2000, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Charles A. Damren, 21, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates on April 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Jonathan David Dix, 30, Lewiston, probation violation on a Feb. 25, 1999, aggravated trafficking or furnishing of scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Calvin Dixon, 23, Auburn, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim on June 17, 2006, filed with no cost.

Brandon Donovan, 19, Lewiston, burglary and violating condition of release on June 1, both charges dismissed.

Ryan David Doucette, 25, Auburn, assault on March 31, dismissed.

Lisa A. Duchette, 42, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 16, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison with all but four days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $2,416.

Bruce O. Dunphy, 50, Auburn, operating under the influence, with two priors, on June 14, 2006, found guilty, fined $1,100, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail, license suspended four years and registration suspended.

Frederick Donald Dyer, 45, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 30, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation and 40 hours community service.

Amanda Edgecomb, 25, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 1, 2004, filed with no cost.

Joshua J. Ethridge, 21, Minot, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and operating after registration suspended on May 25, both charges dismissed.

Harry A. Farmer, 63, Gray, negotiating a worthless instrument on June 21, 2005, filed, fined $100.

Bartolo P. Ford, 46, Auburn, failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 22, 2006, dismissed.

Louis R. Fortin, 50, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on July 11, 2006, and failing to make oral or written accident report on June 11, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Christopher Frazer, 38, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Feb. 3, 2006, found guilty, fined $400.

Sidney L. Gamble, 46, Auburn, operating under the influence, with three plus priors, and operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on Sept. 9, found guilty on both charges, fined $1,100, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but seven months suspended, two years probation, license suspended four years and registration suspended on first charge; fined $1,000 and sentenced to six months at the county jail on second charge.

James P. Gauthier, 37, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on April 22, 2006, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 18 days at the county jail.

Richard M. German, 38, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on July 7, 2006, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Morris Girard, 51, Greene, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating a vehicle without a license on April 29, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $800, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Jason Daniel Gordon, 25, Lewiston, probation violation on a Dec. 4 criminal threatening charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Matthew H. Gulino, 24, Byfield, Mass., gross sexual assault and assault on July 8, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000.

Mica K. Hackney, 26, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with two priors, on July 29, 2006, found guilty, fined $1,100, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail, license suspended four years and registration suspended.

Robert Eric Hamilton, 29, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 19, 2006, both charges dismissed; also charged with burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 4, 2006, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but six months suspended, two years probation and restitution of $1,905; second charge dismissed.

Jessica J. Hammond, 28, Sulphur, La., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 1, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to four years at the state prison with all but 14 days suspended, three years probation and restitution of $7,200.

Steven A. Harris, 47, Augusta, unlawful sexual contact and unlawful sexual touching on July 13, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days at the state prison with all suspended and one year probation.

Dale W. Heald, 47, Greene, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and failing to stop for an officer on May 25, 2006, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison on first charge; sentenced to 60 days at the county jail on second charge.

Ronald S. Hewins, 33, Livermore Falls, probation violation on a Sept. 2, 2001, gross sexual assault charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Gordon E. Higgins, 38, Sabattus, negotiating a worthless instrument on June 5, 2006, and July 1, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all suspended, one year and six months probation and restitution of $7,929.38.

Shaun D. Hunt, 19, Bethel, eluding an officer on Sept. 5, 2006, dismissed.

Sean M. Hutchins, 21, Mechanic Falls, theft by unauthorized use of property on March 18, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Brian Keene, 39, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on May 20, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $550 and license suspended 30 days; also charged with assault, violating condition of release and criminal mischief on March 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second and third charges dismissed.

Ryan R. Langlois, 32, Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 9, 2006, found guilty, fined $300 and restitution of $309.

Corey S. Lawson, 26, Lewiston, probation violation on the March 12, 2004, aggravated assault and reckless violation of a protective order charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued and restitution of $470 for each charge.

Christopher Ray Lemieux, 34, Lewiston, aggravated forgery on March 9, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail.

Clifford Mason,, 21, Sanford, criminal trespass and assault on Sept. 6, both charges dismissed; also charged with aggravated criminal mischief, violating condition of release and criminal mischief on July 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 24 hours at the county jail on second charge; sentenced to 180 days at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation and restitution of $2559.10.

Kevin Paul Masse, 32, Auburn, burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 4, 2006, both charges dismissed; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, misuse of identification and forgery on Feb. 5, 2006, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison with all but 90 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; second and third charges dismissed.

Kevin Paul Masse, 32, Lewiston, burglary, stealing drugs, burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery on July 15, 2006, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison with all but 90 days suspended and one year probation for each charge; third, fourth and fifth charges dismissed.
