Michael Bernard Parker, 43, Lewiston, domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, assault on Feb. 8, 2009, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 180 days all suspended, probation one year; second and third charges dismissed.

Charles Kevin Parrish, 45, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release on Nov. 16, 2008, found guilty, fined $500 on first charge; sentenced to one day on second charge.

Jeffrey M. Pearl, 41, Georgetown, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief on Dec. 13, 2008, sent to jury trial. (This case was dismissed in Androscoggin County Superior Court on Sept. 17, 2009.)
