Franklin County Superior Court

FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently heard in Franklin County Superior Court.

Aaron Abrams, 27, Windham, operating under the influence and driving to endanger, Aug. 11, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $75, license suspended 90 days.

Heather Biedinger, 24, Wilton, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, Jan. 19, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to two years, all suspended, probation two years.

Adam Conley, 34, Carthage, assault, Nov. 5, 2005, dismissed.

Scott Fletcher, 47, New Vineyard, five counts of violating condition of release, Feb. 24 and 28, March 2 and 3, New Vineyard, found guilty for each charge, sentenced to two years for each charge, suspended, probation two years, for each charge.

Emerson Debra Huff, 48, Farmington, aggravated criminal mischief, Aug. 21, dismissed.

Rebecca Koniak, 29, Lewiston, assault, Nov. 13, 2003, sentenced to five months, probation partially revoked.

Brian Long, 33, Sandy River Plt., operating under the influence, Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Matthew Luce, 35, New Vineyard, assault, two counts of violating condition of release, Oct. 20, first charge dismissed, second charge dismissed, found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 30 days.

Sara Metcalf, 37, Dixfield, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, furnishing liquor to a minor, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, endangering the welfare of a child, Jan. 27, first charge dismissed, second charge dismissed, third charge dismissed, found guilty on fourth charge, fined $300.

Aron Nadeau, 30, St. Albans, burglary of a motor vehicle, June 23, 2002, sentenced to 10 months, stayed, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Aron Nadeau, 30, St. Albans, two counts of assault, Feb. 4, 2003, sentenced to 10 months on first charge, probation partially revoked, probation continued, sentenced to 10 months on second charge, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Christopher Nault, 38, Chesterville, operating after habitual offender revocation two prior, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release, Nov. 3, all charges dismissed.

Nathan Perry, 36, Jay, criminal mischief, Sept. 29, dismissed.

Shawn Russell, 28, Farmington, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, April 1, dismissed.
