AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Abdullahi I. Abdullah, 21, Lewiston, unlawful sexual touching and disorderly conduct on Sept. 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100; also charged with aggravated assault and violating condition of release on Jan. 6, both charges dismissed; and violating condition of release on March 4, found guilty, sentenced to seven days at the county jail.

Ernest Anduze, 26, Orlando, Fla., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture on Dec. 8, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years at the county jail with all but six months suspended and three years probation; second charge forfeited; also charged with violation of condition of release and two counts of aggravated trafficking of a scheduled W drug on Feb. 24, all charges dismissed.

Matthew T. Atwood, 28, Bath, operating after habitual offender revocation and failure to give a correct name, address or date of birth on May 21, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Michael W. Bailey, 22, Auburn, illegal possession of a firearm or crossbow, criminal mischief, and two counts of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Jan. 1, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Mark Patrick Barrett, 40, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on March 29, 2005 and April 10, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Eric R. Batchelder, 25, Woodstock, probation violation on an April 20, 2003 theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to 31 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Mitchell J. Beaulieu, 40, Auburn, gross sexual assault on Nov. 5, 1995 and Nov. 5, 1998, and unlawful sexual contact on Oct. 15, 1999, all charges dismissed; also charged with assault on Sept. 1, 2002 and Nov. 4, 2002, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 48 hours suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation on second charge.

Thomas A. Bender Jr., 26, Jay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 27 and Jan. 22, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 35 days at the county jail and ordered to pay $45 restitution; second charge withdrawn.

Joseph James Benfante, 25, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 24, 2002, attempting to commit a class A crime charge, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Stephen M. Black, 37, Wales, negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 30, dismissed.

Bryan Arthur Bosse, 43, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on March 23, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,500 and sentenced to 30 days.

Aaron E. Breton, 24, Readfield, eluding an officer and operating under the influence, with one prior, on Feb. 11, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $800 restitution on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended 18 months on second charge; also charged with eluding an officer and operating under the influence, with one prior on Feb. 11, both charges dismissed.

Jessie C Brewer, 20, Brewer, violating condition of release on July 14, dismissed.

Willie James Brown Jr., 38, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation on May 20, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year probation; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation and violating condition of release on Dec. 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Brian Paul Cabral, 27, Auburn, aggravated criminal trespass and two counts of criminal threatening on April 1, all charges dismissed.

Ryan V. Caron, 21, Auburn, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on May 26, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500, sentenced to three years at the county jail with all but eight months suspended and three years probation.

Brandy Carter, 22, Lewiston, criminal threatening on Aug. 1, dismissed.

Daniel F. Cash Jr., operating under the influence and criminal mischief on Jan. 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on first charge; sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail and ordered to pay $200 restitution on second charge.

Stephen M. Chamard, 49, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation on May 7, 2005, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Malcolm Charlton, 43, Lewiston, assault on March 17, dismissed.

Benchi Civil, 23, Auburn, aggravated trafficking of a scheduled W drug, criminal forfeiture of property, and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Dec. 8, all charges dismissed; also charged with violating condition of release on Feb. 13, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail with all but three days suspended.

Eric M. Cone, 41, Turner, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Nov. 3, all charges dismissed.

Dean M. Coolidge Sr., 27, Oxford, operating after habitual offender revocation and operating under the influence, with one prior, on June 4, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to seven days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Rockwell Mark Cote, 37, Lewiston, assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on April 5, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 10 days at the county jail for each charge.

Kenneth Charles Davis, 36, Lisbon, gross sexual assault and assault on June 13, 2005; first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended; also charged with gross sexual assault and assault on June 29, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail; also charged with tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim and violating condition of release on March 25, both charges dismissed.

Tyrone Davis, 30, Portland, aggravated trafficking or furnishing of scheduled drugs on Oct. 27, 2000, dismissed.

Timothy B. Delisle, 31, Poland, probation violation on a Sept. 28, 2002 negotiating a worthless instrument charge, sentenced to 19 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Jason Downey, 19, Auburn, gross sexual assault on Oct. 10, dismissed.

Alyssa Lynn Drake, 25, Auburn, negotiating a worthless instrument on Sept. 19, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Edward R. Duguay, 40, Auburn, aggravated assault on Aug. 6, filed with no cost.

Curtis W. Fanjoy, 44, Oxford, operating a snowmobile under the influence, over 21 and .08 percent, on Jan. 9, 2005, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended and two years probation.

Marylou Frisco, 30, Gorham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 18, dismissed.

Carlton Gallant, 21, Lewiston, burglary of a motor vehicle and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 8, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to seven days at the county jail for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Maurice Gazaille, 28, Auburn, probation violation on a May 21, 2003 operating a motor vehicle after revocation charge, sentenced to four months and probation partially revoked.

Charles E. Givens, 40, Mechanic Falls, unlawful sexual touching, unlawful sexual contact, and sexual abuse of a minor on Oct. 10, 2004, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, three years probation and ordered to perform 100 hours community service within 12 months; second and third charges dismissed.

Vodie R. Goodman, 43, Auburn, burglary on March 17, dismissed.

Ashley J. Grandmaison, 21, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 9, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 20 days suspended, three years probation, and ordered to pay $20,472.08 restitution.

Shawn Greeley, 43, Lewiston, probation violation on the Aug. 15, 2004 and Oct. 7, 2004 visual sexual aggression against a child charges, sentenced to four days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Joshua Heinz Guimond, 21, Sabattus, habitual motor vehicle offender on May 29, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 10 days at the county jail.

Keith Michael Hagerman, 23, Portland, forgery on Feb. 4, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation and ordered to pay $4,541.54 restitution.

Tina May Hanson, 25, Lewiston, aggravated assault, criminal mischief and terrorizing on Sept. 8, 2004, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation; second and third charges dismissed.

Joel A. Hayden, 24, New Bedford, Mass., trafficking in prison contraband, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug, and carrying a concealed weapon on July 6, 2005, all charges dismissed; also charged with eluding an officer, unlawful possession of oxycodone, and criminal forfeiture of property on Feb. 22, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison for each charge; third charge forfeited.

Crystal L. Heath, 26, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and criminal forfeiture of property on Nov. 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation; second and third charges dismissed; fourth charge forfeited.

Robert J. Henderson, 38, Lewiston, assault and criminal threatening on Jan. 12, both charges dismissed.

Christina Jane Hernandez, 22, Auburn, habitual motor vehicle offender and failing to give correct name, address or date of birth on June 21, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $300 and sentenced to 10 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

David William Hersom, 20, Lewiston, eluding an officer, operating while license suspended or revoked, criminal speed, and failing to stop for an officer on June 8, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days at the county jail; found guilty on third and fourth charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail for each charge.

Dale Lee Jamison, 47, Lewiston, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct on July 19, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 24 hours.

Kenneth E. Jenkins, 43, Oxford, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person on April 28, 2005 and violating condition of release on May 7, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000; second charge dismissed.

Jason N. Jennings, 27, Auburn, criminal mischief on March 5, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days at the county jail.

Alfred Jermaine Kelly, 24, Lewiston, assault, burglary, and theft by unauthorized taking on Dec. 6, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 45 days suspended and two years probation; second and third charges dismissed.

Robert H. Labrie, 35, Minot, burglary on Jan. 11 and Jan. 16, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 9, Jan. 11, Jan. 13, Jan. 16 and Jan. 23, all charges dismissed.

Tina M. Lacroix, 32, Lewiston, habitual motor vehicle offender on May 21, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Corey M. Lamontagne, 29, Auburn, probation violation on a May 30, 2002 unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs charge, probation continued.

Heather M. Lamontagne, 26, Livermore Falls, aggravated assault and assault on April 30, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Glenn E. Lawson, 43, Lewiston, gross sexual assault and failing to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense, on Sept. 26, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 11 years at the county jail with all but 197 days suspended and six years probation; second charge dismissed.

Aaron W. MacDonald, 24, Livermore, assault, assault on an officer, criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on March 10, 2005, found guilty on first charge; ordered to pay $608.17 restitution and unconditional discharge; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

David N. Mailly, 41, Lewiston, eluding an officer on May 8, 2005, dismissed.

Miles H. Maltby III, 44, Lewiston, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person on Jan. 28, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Ricky R. Marquis, 40, Greene, gross sexual assault and assault on March 19, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 32 days at the county jail with all but 48 hours suspended.

Alan Scott Mason Jr., 28, Bethel, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Feb. 3, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to seven days at the county jail for each charge.

Gary N. Merrill, 27, Auburn, assault on March 12, dismissed.

Scott A. Merrill, 21, Auburn, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on May 23, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on second charge; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and ordered to pay $20 restitution on third charge.

Archie Miller, 31, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and misuse of identification on Nov. 19, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 20 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 20 days at the county jail on second charge.

Clifford J. Miller Jr., 47, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on June 30, 1998 and July 4, 1998, and unlawful sexual contact on March 12, 2005, first and second charges dismissed; found not guilty on third charge.

Jeremy Moon, 26, Ingalls, Ind., probation violation on a Sept. 11, 2003 unlawful possession of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to 27 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

James D. Moreshead, 48, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on Aug. 7, 2004, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Kris J. Nadeau, 31, Jacksonville, Fla., operating after habitual offender revocation, eluding an officer, and operating under the influence, with two priors, on Jan. 22, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to three years and nine months at the state prison for each on first and second charges, fined $2,000, sentenced to three years and nine months at the state prison, license suspended four years and registration suspended on third charge.

Daniel A. Ouellette, 42, Lewiston, violation of a protective order and assault on Sept. 30, both charges dismissed; and two charges of violating a protective order on Jan. 21; two charges of violating a protective order on Jan. 25, two charges of violating a protective order on Feb. 3, two charges of violating a protective order on Feb. 6, two charges of violating a protective order on Feb. 9, two charges of violating a protective order on Feb. 10, and two charges of violating a protective order on Feb. 14, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 60 days for each charge.

Michelle Wanda Scott, 36, Lewiston, assault on June 22, 2005 and violating condition of release on Aug. 26, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but six months suspended and two years probation on second charge.

Philip M. Smith, 42, Roxbury, unsworn falsification and false registration of deer on Dec. 10, 2004, both charges dismissed.

Kristy Splude, 21, Lewiston, aggravated assault, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug, and criminal threatening on April 19, 2005, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 180 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Brian A. Stebbins, 21, Vienna, unlawful sexual contact on Oct. 20, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all suspended and three years probation.

Timothy L. Swan, 51, Lisbon, two counts of unlawful sexual contact on March 9, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 20 days suspended and one year probation.

Michael F. Tarvainen, 44, Lewiston, burglary, stealing drugs, and criminal trespass on March 1, 2002, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $500 and ordered to pay $25 restitution.

Kelly J. Trenoweth, 26, Chesterville, aggravated criminal trespass and terrorizing on March 28, 2005, and theft by unauthorized use of property on Oct. 1, all charges dismissed.

Michael L. Trepanier, 19, Lewiston, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and criminal mischief on July 22, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year probation; second and third charges dismissed.

Clarence A. Vandeymark, 32, Lewiston, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person on Jan. 28, 2005, and operating under the influence on Sept. 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail on first charge; fined $600, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on second charge.

Daniel J. Vassie, 50, New Gloucester, habitual motor vehicle offender on March 30, 2005, found guilty, fined $700 and sentenced to 12 days at the county jail.

William S. Watson II, 35, Harrisburg, Pa., habitual motor vehicle offender and violating condition of release on May 25, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and sentenced to 15 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Joshua D. Westberry, 20, Norway, burglary, aggravated criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 15, 2004, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to four years at the state prison with all suspended, three years probation, and ordered to pay $3,900 restitution for each charge.

Celisa A. Weymouth, 34, Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 3, 2004, dismissed.

Michael S. White, 32, Chelsea, operating under the influence on June 14, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Jamela Wilson, 28, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 22, 2005, both charges dismissed; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on March 29, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail for each charge.

Peter Zacharewich, 22, Unity, probation violation on the Sept. 2, 2003 burglary of a motor vehicle and burglary charges, and Sept. 10, 2003 and Sept. 15, 2003 theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.
