AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Daniel Richard Landry, 36, Lewiston, probation violation on a July 7 assault charge, sentenced to 14 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Christopher Jason Lecompte, 22, Gray, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and unlawful furnishing of property on Jan. 21, 2006, first, second, third and fourth charges dismissed; fifth charge forfeited; also charged with unlawful possession of hydrocodone, two counts of violating condition of release, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and criminal forfeiture of property on Feb. 25, first, second, third, fourth and fifth charges dismissed; sixth charge forfeited.

Christopher Jason Lecompte, 22, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release and trafficking in prison contraband on Nov. 5, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but nine months and one day suspended and two years probation; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail; third charge dismissed.

Michael Scott Leeman, 24, North Berwick, terrorizing on Jan. 9, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but three days suspended and one year of probation.

Richard Michael Leet, 46, Lewiston, forgery on Feb. 27, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 19 days at the county jail.

Scott Michael Levesque, 31, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 10, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $1,234.65.

Samuel Libby, 18, Poland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 13, found guilty, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended, two years probation and restitution of $1,540.

Norman C. Lizotte, 32, Old Orchard Beach, assault on April 20, 2005, dismissed.

Amy M. Malooly, 29, Standish, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 5, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Ricky A. Mansir, 46, Randolph, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on Aug. 12, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 24 days at the county jail.

Michelle R. Marston, 35, Auburn, probation violating on a Sept. 14, 2003, negotiating a worthless instrument charge, sentenced to eight days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Erwin L. May, 32, Lewiston, probation violation on a Aug. 20, 2003, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Katherine A. McKenzie, 28, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 1, 2003, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Christine M. Obie, 37, Lewiston, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Jan. 21, 2006, all charges filed, fined $25 for each charge.

Donna M. Pagnani, 24, Sabattus, disorderly conduct on Sept. 3, 2005, dismissed.

Christopher Pare, 22, Lewiston, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and criminal threatening on April 21, 2005, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, unconditional discharge.

Joshua B. Piela, 19, Lewiston, aggravated forgery and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Sept. 14, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five years at the county jail with all but 20 days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $200; second charge dismissed.

Edward F. Pinkham, 29, Litchfield, assault on June 22, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and restitution of $374.12.

Ernest E. Pinkham, 55, Randolph, assault on June 22, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail.

Lance D. Poland, 22, Greene, eluding an officer, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to stop for an officer on Dec. 25, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second, third, and fourth charges, fined $400 and license suspended 90 days on second charge; fined $250 on third charge; sentenced to 20 days on fourth charge.

Gerald David Pollock, 35, Auburn, negotiating a worthless instrument on July 7, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation and restitution of $10,000; also charged with theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property on Nov. 21, 2005, dismissed.

Joanne D. Polvinen, 55, Auburn, reckless conduct on June 23, 2005, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Jean Paul P. Poulain, 61, Augusta, theft by receiving stolen property on May 31, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation.

Luis Angel Ramirez Jr., 25, Lewiston, assault and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Aug. 9, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Gary J. Randall, 46, Lewiston, probation violation on a Aug. 5, 2003, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to 140 days at the county jail with all suspended and probation partially revoked.

Gary J. Randall Jr., 46, Lewiston, burglary, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and two counts of aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs on Feb. 9, 2006, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to six years at the state prison with all but 18 months suspended and three years probation on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail for each on second and third charges; sentenced to 18 months at the state prison for each on fourth and fifth charges.

Jennifer Raymond, 23, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 1, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Kyle N. Richards, 23, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence, with prior, and driving to endanger on June 17, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Kenneth Rideout Jr., 37, Lewiston, probation violation on a March 22, 2005, operating under the influence charge, sentenced to 52 days at the county jail and probation revoked.

Lisa A. Ritchie-Rains, 44, Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 28, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Mark Adam Roark, 22, Winthrop, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 27, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail and restitution of $900.

Laura M. Roberts, 35, Auburn, burglary and stealing drugs on Oct. 22, both charges dismissed.

Derek J. Roy, 21, Lisbon Falls, criminal speed on June 16, filed, fined $300.

Paul Francis Sanguedolce, 32, Pelham, N.H., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 22, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 11 days.

Christopher P. Schnopp, 21, Danville, probation violation on a May 16, 2005 burglary charge, sentenced to seven days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Michelle Wanda Scott, 37, Lewiston, probation violation on an Aug. 26, 2005, violating condition of release charge, sentenced to six days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Edmund Seeley, 44, Auburn, operating a defective vehicle and two counts of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Oct. 2, 2005, all charges dismissed; also charged with violating condition of release and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 2, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to five months at the county jail for each charge; and criminal forfeiture of property on Oct. 2, 2005, forfeited.

Kenneth C. Simpson, 19, Lewiston, burglary, violating condition of release, and aggravated assault on Nov. 11, 2005, all charges dismissed; also charged with criminal trespass and assault on Nov. 11, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail for each charge; and assault and violating condition of release on July 20, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Larry B. Smith Jr., 44, Durham, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on Oct. 16, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Wayne P. Soares, 49, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with two priors, operating while license suspended or revoked, and violating condition of release on Oct. 30, 2005, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $1,000, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 40 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended four years and registration suspended on first charge; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Karen E. Spearrin, 29, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and two counts of violating condition of release on Aug. 4, all charges dismissed.

Kristy Splude, 21, Lewiston, probation violation on a April 19, 2005, criminal threatening charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Lionel St. Hilaire Jr., 47, Sanford, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 23, 2005, and aggravated cultivating of marijuana on June 24, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400, sentenced to three years at the county jail with all but four months suspended, two years probation and restitution of $125.

Miae K. Stevens, 53, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on July 1, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 148 days at the county jail.

Eric E. Strout, 20, Auburn, criminal threatening on Sept. 24, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 13 days at the county jail.

Sean M. Travers, 31, Hebron, probation violation on a Nov. 1, 2004, sexual abuse of a minor charge, sentenced to five days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Michael R. Trudeau, 40, Topsham, habitual motor vehicle offender on Aug. 22, 2005, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Brittany L. Tucker, 20, Durham, aggravated criminal trespass, violating condition of release and assault on Jan. 26, 2006, all charges filed, fined $50 on first charge; fined $25 for each on second and third charges.

Michael J. Turner, 32, Fall River, Mass., unlawful possession of oxycodone, unlawful possession of hydrocodone and illegal importation of scheduled drugs on Nov. 9, 2005, all charges filed, fined $50 on first charge; fined $25 for each on second and third charges.

Joseph R. Vachon, 28, Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to nine months at the county jail with all but 50 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Amanda Vincent, 29, Dresden, probation violation on a July 16, 2005, burglary of a motor vehicle charge, sentenced to seven days at the county jail, probation partially revoked and continued and restitution of $450.

Barry Viscone, 36, Lewiston, stealing drugs on May 7, dismissed; and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 29, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison.

William Watson, 33, Bailey Island, probation violation on a Jan. 24, 2002, sexual abuse of a minor charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Timothy Weeks, 35, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on Oct. 22, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 60 days at the county jail.

Ronaldo J. Willette, 67, Sabattus, assault on July 24, 2005, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Bruce Richard Wing, 25, Mexico, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 20, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $2,073.04; second charge dismissed.
