AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Orlando Deperez, 41, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on Oct. 11, 1995, probation violation, sentenced to 18 months, probation partially revoked.

Michael J. Derosier, 39, Searsport, two counts of arson on Dec. 3, 2002, probation violation, sentenced to 30 days each, probation partially revoked.

Tonya L. Desjardins, 28, Lewiston, aggravated assault on Oct. 28, 2008, dismissed.

Stacey L. Desrosiers, 39, Portland, theft by deception on April 9, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months with all but 70 days suspended, probation two years.

David E. Devoe, 30, Mechanic Falls, domestic violence assault, obstructing report of crime on Feb. 8, 2009, filed with no cost.

Colby F. Dill, 65, Auburn, violating protective order on Dec. 6, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 120 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Richard A. Dillon, 50, Auburn, operating under the influence-one prior on Nov. 16, 2007, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months.

Randy Demario Doggett, 19, Lewiston, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on April 4, 2009, dismissed.

Ernest Donatelli, 46, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, illegal importation of scheduled drugs on Sept. 29, 2008, found guilty, fined $500 each, sentenced to five years with all but one year suspended and probation three years each.

James A. Dorr, 30, Auburn, domestic violence assault on Jan. 22, 2009, dismissed.

Nicholas P. Dostie, 28, Jersey City, N.J., operating under the influence on March 21, 2009, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Ryan David Doucette, 27, Auburn, assault on Dec. 13, 2008, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 10 days.

Faith R. Douglas, 31, Lewiston, criminal mischief, violating condition of release, assault on March 24, 2009, filed with no cost.

Brandyn J. Dow, 23, Scarborough, robbery on March 17, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to five days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Michael Downes, 41, Kennebunk Beach, eluding an officer, harassment by telephone, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Aug. 30, 2008, dismissed.

Ian Mark Doyon, 29, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Oct. 7, 2008, dismissed.

Ian Mark Doyon, 29, Auburn, trafficking in prison contraband, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Aug. 1, 2009, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to nine days; found guilty on third charge, fined $400.

Kenneth Dube, 53, Sabattus, operating under the influence-two priors on Dec. 29, 2008, fined $1,400, sentenced to 18 months with all but 60 days suspended, probation one year, six months, license suspended six years, registration suspended.

Lisa A. Duchette, 45, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 16, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to eight days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Alexander M. Duff, 29, Poland, domestic violence assault on June 22, 2008, found guilty, fined $500.

Michael Ray Dulac, 36, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 25, 2008, reckless conduct on Dec. 5, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Adam M. Dumais, 22, Lewiston, visual sexual aggression against a child, assault on June 15, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 113 days on first charge, probation partially revoked and continued; sentenced to 100 days on second charge.

Adam M. Dumais, 22, Corinna, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 24, 2009, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 90 days.

Erwin William Dunham, 30, Sabattus, domestic violence assault, obstructing report of crime, criminal threatening on May 17, 2008, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 24 hours.

Frederick Donald Dyer, 48, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors on May 30, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to one year all suspended, probation two years, 40 hours community service.

Preston A. Edwards, 32, Auburn, failing to comply with sex offender registration act-first offense, violating condition of release on Jan. 26, 2009, found guilty, fined $400 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Nina L. Elliott, 31, Auburn, negotiating a worthless instrument on Jan. 6, 2009, dismissed.

Elizabeth W. Ellman, 22, Evanston, Ill., passing stopped school bus on May 19, 2008, filed with cost of $250.
