AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Scott James Elwell, 42, Bath, forgery on Feb. 20, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 10 months, probation revoked.

Tammy L. Elwell, 40, Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence-two priors, operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release on Sept. 7, 2006, probation violation on first charge, sentenced to 20 months, probation partially revoked; found guilty on second charge, fined $500; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 10 days.

Robert K. Emerson, 25, Auburn, two counts of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, aggravated criminal mischief on May 21, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to four years all suspended each charge, probation two years and 10 hours community service each charge.

Travis W. Enman, 26, Etna, theft by receiving stolen property on Feb. 5, 2009, dismissed.

Fahmi Fadly, 23, Lexington, Mass., allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Nov. 15, 2008, dismissed.

Robert M. Fain, 52, Tampa, Fla., negotiating a worthless instrument on Jan. 23, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 10 years with all but 60 days suspended, probation three years, restitution of $20,009.77.

Christopher Scott Farrington, 30, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 14, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Christopher Scott Farrington, 30, Auburn, acquiring drugs by deception on April 16, 2009, acquiring drugs by deception on April 27, 2009, unlawful possession of hydrocodone on April 28, 2009, dismissed.

Todd Shannon Farwell, 25, New Gloucester, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, operating under the influence-no test, two priors on Jan. 3, 2009, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to nine days on first charge; fined $1,400, sentenced to six months, license suspended six years and registration suspended on second charge.

Steven R. Fecteau, 43, Auburn, domestic violence assault on Jan. 3, 2009, filed with no cost.

Elizabeth A. Ferguson, 22, Lewiston, robbery, violating condition of release on Aug. 18, 2007, sentenced to six years all suspended, probation four years and 50 hours community service within six months on first charge; unconditional discharge on second charge.

Ernest Field, 27, Bridgton, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Nov. 18, 2008, found guilty, fined $500.

Maurice Francis Field Jr., 36, Sabattus, operating under the influence on Aug. 9, 2008, found guilty, fined $600, license suspended 90 days.

Owen P. Finnegan, 58, Turner, gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact on Dec. 16, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to five years all suspended, probation four years.
