AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Scott D. Albert, 24, Minot, eluding an officer and operating under the influence on June 12, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation on first charge; fined $600, sentenced to seven days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended on second charge.

Gerald H. Arsenault, 31, Litchfield, burglary, aggravated criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 29, 2006, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all suspended, three years probation and restitution of $500; second and third charges dismissed.

Ryan Lee Bachelder, 22, Turner, probation violations on the March 18, 2005 burglary charge, the Jan. 12, 2005, and Jan. 23, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, the Jan. 27, 2005, forgery charge, and the May 12, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery charges, sentenced to 12 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Claude F. Beaucage, 59, Buckfield, operating under the influence on Jan. 20, 2006, dismissed.

Nathan R. Belanger, 20, Lewiston, forgery on May 20, 2005, and theft by unauthorized taking on May 14, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 90 days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $2,935 on first charge; sentenced to 90 days at the county jail on second charge.

Nathan R. Belanger, 20, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking and burglary of a motor vehicle on Nov. 20, 2005, both charges dismissed.

Keith R. Binette, 31, Auburn, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, assault and violating condition of release on July 31, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all suspended and three years probation for each charge; third charge dismissed; and assault on July 1, dismissed.

Jason Carl Bishop, 26, Auburn, probation violation on a April 26, 2005, assault charge, sentenced to 48 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Paul B. Bolduc, 31, East Boston, Mass., negotiating a worthless instrument on May 18, 2004, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Thomas Boucher, 20, Lewiston, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 21, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended, one year and six months probation and restitution of $4,200 on first charge; sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended on second charge.

James J. Bourgoin, 21, Sabattus, forgery on Dec. 1, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 14 days at the county jail and restitution of $313.

Jason S. Bray, 28, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation and failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 8, 2005, found guilty on both charges, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 60 days at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to 10 days at the county jail on second charge; and operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, violating condition of release, and attaching false plates on Nov. 6, all charges dismissed.

Susan A. Brett, 39, Auburn, probation violations on a Nov. 23, 2004, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 20 days suspended and one year probation; and probation violation on a July 7, 2005 theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 20 days suspended and one year probation.

Scott A. Britton, 35, Willsboro, N.Y., marijuana cultivation on April 5, 2002 and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child on March 28, 2002, all charges dismissed.

Anthony Jean Brown, 22, Brooklyn, N.Y., two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Nov. 21, 2005, both charges dismissed.

William M. Brown, 20, Durham, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Sept. 30, 2005, found guilty, fined $500.

Brian Paul Cabral, 28, Auburn, criminal threatening on April 1, 2005, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Tammy Page Capen, 45, Minot, operating under the influence, with two priors, and operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 23, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,100, sentenced to one year with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended four years and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Anthony Ray Clark, 22, Auburn, aggravated assault on May 6, dismissed.

Clyde H. Cole, 63, Poland, assault and criminal trespass on May 29, 2005, and violating condition of release on Aug. 31, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Melanie M. Cook, 32, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Nov. 5, 2004, found guilty, fined $500.

Beatrice Council, 32, Lewiston, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on Jan. 6, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail for each charge.

Nicholas Allan Coy, 22, Lewiston, aggravated assault on May 6, found guilty, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and restitution of $2,905.06; and aggravated assault, aggravated criminal mischief, and violating condition of release on May 6, and violating condition of release on Oct. 4, all charges dismissed.

Jeffrey Cressey, 21, Lewiston, burglary, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief on May 24, all charges dismissed.
