LEWISTON — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Thomas A. Bender, 29, Lewiston, unlawful possession of hydrocodone on Nov. 17, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 25 days and fined $400.

Eugene Raymond Benner, 48, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 9, 2005, probation partially revoked, sent to Department of Correctionsfor 14 months.

John Bennett, 55, Casco, terrorizing on June 2, 2008, case dismissed.

Jonathan Peter Bennett, 55, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking of transfer on Aug. 23, 2008, sent to Department of Correctionsfor one year all suspended and probation for one year.

Christopher R. Benoit, 34, Wales, eluding an officer, theft by unauthorized use of property, operating under the influence, driving to endanger, operating vehicle without license on April 4, 2009. For first, fourth and fifth charges, found guilty; second and third charges dismissed; first charge sent to Department of Correctionsfor nine months and one day; fourth charge fined $575, sentenced 30 days and license suspended for 30 days; fifth charge sentenced 30 days.

Steven Douglas Berard, 41, Biddeford, operating after habitual offender revocation on Aug. 16, 2008, fined $500, sentenced to 30 days.

Jessica Bergeron, 34, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Aug. 2, 2007, found guilty, fined $2,000.

Edward L. Betts, 51, Poland, assault on Aug. 28, 1980, sentenced six months all suspended, probation for one year, restitution $1,500.

Jasper Bickford, 30, Livermore, two charges of unlawful sexual contact on July 13, 2008, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty, sentenced to three years, all but five months suspended, probation three years.

Donald Carl Billings, 48, Lewiston, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, operating under the influence with one prior charge, driving to endanger on Aug. 23, 2008, first and third charges found guilty, second charge dismissed, first charge fined $1000, sentenced seven months, third charge $575 sentenced 30 days and license suspended 30 days.

Elizabeth Billington, 23, Lewiston, allow minor to possess or consume liquor on March 8, 2009, filed with cost of $100.

Vance A. Blair, 47, Sumner, operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI on Jan. 12, 2009, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced seven days, license suspended for one year.

Andrew L. Blais, 23, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Jan. 15, 2009, case dismissed.

Derek J. Blais, 30, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Oct. 14, 2008, case dismissed.

Marc Blaid, 48, Lewiston, driving to endanger on March 31, 2009, filed with cost of $600.

Bryan Blomberg, 24, Lake Grove, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Jan. 2, 2009, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty, fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.

Michael R. Blouin, 50, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on May 14, 2009, case dismissed.

Wendy M. Bolding, 47, Lewiston, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on Sept. 10, 2007, first and second charges dismissed, third charge found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Kathryn Ann Bolduc, 47, Portland, forgery on June 29, 2005, probation violation, sent to the Department of Corrections for nine months and one day, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Maurice A. Bonner, 53, Plainville, Conn., negotiate a worthless instrument on Dec. 3, 2007, case dismissed.

Justin C. Bonney, 29, Norway, operating under the influence with one prior violation, driving to endanger on June 28, 2008, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty, fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.

Lora Bonsaint, 23, Kittery Point, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Jan. 17, 2009, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty, fined $700 and license suspended for 30 days.

Mark Bornstein, 69, Litchfield, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Dec. 14, 2008, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty, fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.

Ryan C. Boucher, 23, Lewiston, aggravated assault and assault on Dec. 28, 2008, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty, sentenced to 26 days.

Robert Boulette, 51, Sabattus, criminal mischief on Sept. 11, 2008, filed with cost of $150.

Kimberly Ann Bourgoin, 22, Litchfield, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on Nov. 4, 2008, first charge dismissed, second and third charges found guilty, second charge fined $300, third charge fined $300.

Adam Boutot, 32, Auburn, terrorizing, violating condition of release and disorderly conduct, offensive words, and gestures on Jan. 19, 2009, first and second charge dismissed, third charge found guilty, fined $250.

Troy Lavarr Bradley, 20, Auburn, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 27, 2008, both charges dismissed.

Dana R. Brousseau, 55, Greene, operating under the influence with one prior violation, operating vehicle without license-condition of release and driving to endanger on Feb. 6, 2009, first two charges dismissed, third charge found guilty, fined $800, license suspended for 30 days.

Timothy J. Bryant, 41, Rumford, aggravated trafficking of schedule Z drugs and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on Dec. 13, 2007, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty, fined $400, sentenced 364 days all suspended and probation for one year.

Tyler Scott Bryant, 22, Auburn, reckless conduct on July 10, 2008, probation violation, sentenced 17 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Edward Charles Buckley, 56, Lewiston, violating protective order on Nov. 23, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to two hours.

Sophia Louisa Budianto, 23, Lewiston, allow minor to possess or consume liquor on March 8, 2009, filed with cost of $100.

Tiffany Bunnell, 32, Wilton, negotiate a worthless instrument on June 13, 2008, filed with no cost.

Christopher A. Burgess, 21, Sabattus, burglary on July 31, 2008, case dismissed.

Travis Burley, 19, Auburn, forgery on Dec. 22, 2008, case dismissed.

Lawrence D. Burnell, 31, Lewiston, sexual abuse of minor on Nov. 23, 2004, probation violation, sent to Department of Corrections for 21 months and 15 days, probation partially revoked.

Dwayne Burnham, 45, Bridgton, gross sexual assault on July 27, 2000, probation violation, sentenced to nine months, probation partially revoked, probation continued. 

Natasha Burnham, 24, Lewiston, assault and criminal mischief on Oct. 19, 2008, both charges dismissed.

Charles H. Bushman, 28, Bath, aggravated trafficking of schedule Z drugs on May 22, 2007, probation violation, sentenced 45 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Daniel M. Bussiere, 49, Lewiston, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on Sept. 2, 2009, case dismissed.

Daniel Buteau, 23, Greene, theft by receiving stolen property on Aug. 25, 2005, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Eric M. Butler, 36, Lewiston, violating protective order on May 15, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to 45 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Justin L. Butterfield, 21, Leeds, two charges of burglary, one charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 16, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to 13 days on each, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Shawna Calhoun, 19, Portland, aggravated trafficking of schedule W drug, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, falsifying physical evidence on Feb. 18, 2009. First and third charges dismissed; second charge found guilty, fined $500, sent to the Department of Corrections for four years, all but nine months and one day suspended, probation for two years.

Jeremy Andrew Camire, 32, Lisbon, operating under the influence-no test, one prior violation on July 2, 2008, sentenced 12 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Jeremy Andrew Camire, 32, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 6, 2009, found guilty, fined $250, sentenced seven days and license suspended one year.

Deeanna Dawn Campbell, 26, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture of property and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on Aug. 2, 2008, first charge dismissed, second charge forfeited, third charge found guilty, fined $500, sentenced 18 months with all but 90 days suspended and probation for two years.

James M. Campbell, 50, Brunswick, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Jan. 23, 2009, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty, fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.

Eric J. Carlson, 22, Lisbon Falls, burglary on March 28, 2009, case dismissed.

Courtney M. Carney, 29, Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking of transfer on Dec. 10, 2007, found guilty, sent to Department of Corrections for 18 months all suspended, probation two years and restitution $1,188.

Joshua D. Caron, 23, Auburn, robbery on Oct. 28, 2008, sent to Department of Corrections for six years with all but 18 months suspended, probation for four years, and community service 200 hours.

Paul R. Caron Jr., 22, Livermore Falls, burglary on June 19, 2007, no sentence imposed.

Donald Carpenter, 21, Lewiston, seven charges of burglary and one of aggravated criminal mischief, incidents from March 22 to April 2, 2007,  sentenced on each to 45 days, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Christopher Carter, 20, Brunswick, first and third charges burglary, second, fourth, fifth and sixth charges theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, all on Nov. 30, 2007, first, second and third charges dismissed, fourth, fifth and sixth charges separately fined $250.

James Kirk Carver, 27, Auburn, theft by unauthorized use of property, priors, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, operation while license suspended or revoked, false swearing, attaching false plates, all on March 22, 2008. Second, fourth, fifth and sixth charges dismissed, first charge sent to Department of Corrections for five years, all but three suspended, probation for three years and restitution $3,000; third charge sent to Department of Correction for five years with all but three suspended, probation three years and restitution $3,000.

James Kirk Carver, 27, Auburn, forgery, violating condition of release, possession of forgery devices on May 28, 2008. On first charge, sent to the Department of Corrections for nine years with all but three suspended, probation for three years, restitution $2,000; second and third charges dismissed.

Marla Castro, 36, Turner, operating under the influence on Nov. 15, 2007, fined $1,100, sentenced to 21 days and license suspended for 90 days.
