FARMINGTON — The Maine Woods Tourism Training Initiative is offering a customer service workshop, “Managing conflicts for great customer service,” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, at the University of Maine at Farmington in North Dining Hall C. Lunch will be served.
Marilynne Mann, instructor in the School of Hospitality, Sport and Tourism Management at Husson University, will be the instructor. Mann will discuss the causes of conflict and teach skills to manage conflict, along with strategies to create positive outcomes.
