WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. — After blessing the lives of her family and so many others, Delanie Norah Doran, 7, of Durham, passed away in the company of her family in Wisconsin Dells, Wis. on Friday, Aug. 25. A miraculous fighter from a very early age, “Lanie” overcame enormous odds in her short time here, leaving a lasting impression on all of those privileged to have known her.

She was born Jan. 14, 2010, in Waimea, Hawaii, to her adoring parents, Noah and Andrea. Her family relocated to Maine in May 2011, which allowed Lanie to attend the amazing Morrison Center in Scarborough beginning in 2013.

Lanie enjoyed music, swimming, traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her parents and little brother, Greyson.

Lanie was predeceased by her great-grandmother, Claire Langelier; her grandfathers, Greg Doran and Steve Hughes; and her great-aunts, Diane Wells and Venise Pratt.
