GREENE — Dennis Alan Gaudet, 61, peacefully passed on May 22, in his home with his loving wife Karen Bowie Gaudet by his side. They were married on June 26, 1993, and cherished nearly 24 years of love and memories together with their family.
The son of Dalore and Doris Lafeire Gaudet, Dennis was born February 1, 1950, in Manchester, N.H. He had pursued an education in culinary arts, but spent many years developing excellent skills working as a carpenter, including the construction of the Prudential Building in Boston. However, his favorite work came during his time treating people in substance abuse counseling as a licensed RADC.
Dennis had a passion for fishing and camping and loved to be on the ocean and its coastlines. He enjoyed many other hobbies including building models, train sets, cooking, playing cards, gardening and collecting and saving everything. Dennis was great at keeping busy and always had numerous projects going on; including fixing everything around the house as well as the cars in the driveway.
Alongside his wife Karen, Dennis is survived by his four sons, Dennis, Jason, Michael and Jason; three daughters, Kasey, Jessica and Michelle; nine grandchildren; and many brothers and sisters. He will always be loved and never forgotten by them and many other family and friends.
