MEXICO — The River Valley Farmers Market Association met on April 13 to discuss plans for the upcoming season of the market.
Association farmer-members are ready to serve the local community with farm fresh produce, meat, eggs and bakery products. The market, in the second year of its restart, will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, June 18, in the parking lot of Labonville.
Current members are also hoping to enlarge the market as it draws more customers. They are seeking vendors such as farmers and artisans, beekeepers or someone to sell flowers.
