Fleurette B. Chamberland


AUBURN – Fleurette Busque Chamberland, 74, a resident of 12 Elm St., Lewiston died Sunday, May 28, at the Hospice House after a couragious battle with leukemia.

She was born in Lewiston, March 30, 1932, the daughter of Thuribe and Marie Ann (Jolin) Busque. She married Albert Chamberland Jr. on July 6, 1964 at Saints Peter and Paul Church. She was employed by the former Knapp Shoe for 29 years. She enjoyed traveling and playing bingo. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Albert, of Lewiston; a son, Gary Chamberland of Lewiston; a sister, Annette Turcotte of Auburn; four grandchildren, Mandy Chamberland, Daniel Chamberland Jr., Adam and Ryan Chamberland; one great-granddaughter, Alianina; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by one son, Danny; her parents; one sister, Emilienne Busque Caron; and one brother, Eddie Busque.
