Formal ribbon cutting for Marche

LEWISTON — Marche Kitchen and Wine Bar, 40 Lisbon St., will hold a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 2, followed by appetizers in the restaurant.

Susan and Gary Hall bought the restaurant, formerly Marche, from Eric Agren in July of this year. They brought in Thomas Ardia as bar manager and Kevin Cunningham as chef and restaurant manager.

Dinner service is the biggest change. In addition to lunch, they are now also open at night, Wednesday through Saturday, serving a small-plates menu paired with wines handpicked by Susan Hall, who also owns The Vault wine shop on Lisbon Street.
