FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Detention Center:

• Leonard Byron, 53, Anson, probation violation March 20 by the Sheriff’s Department. As of March 29, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

• Chrissy-Jo Russell, 26, New Vineyard, violation of condition of release March 20 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on May 4.

• Jason P. Folkner, 30, Augusta, probation violation March 22 by Farmington police. Released to Kennebec Sheriff’s Office March 23.

• Roger Pineau, 48, Dixfield, driving under the influence March 22 by Wilton police. Unsecured bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on May 18.

• Linda J. Littlefield, 22, Jay, assault and domestic assault March 22 by Jay police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Laura P. Thompson, 28, Kingfield, driving with expired license March 22 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on May 26.

• Dustin Osborne, 24, Industry, domestic assault March 22 by Maine State Police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Jennifer Rau, 32, Mount Desert, failure to appear March 23 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Dylan Bishop-Berry, 18, Farmington, criminal trespass March 24 by University of Maine Farmington police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Stephan R. Peabody, 20, Farmington, driving without a license March 24 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on May 18.

• David A. Greenleaf, 38, Phillips, domestic assault March 24 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Kenneth A. Ridlon, Jr., 25, Avon, furnishing liquor to minor March 24 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $250 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Melissa A. Pike, 27, Phillips, furnishing liquor to a minor and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs March 24 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• William B. Christopher, 36, New Vineyard, failing to notify owner of property damage accident and negotiating a worthless instrument March 24 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $600 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Matthew S. Luce, 34, New Vineyard, violation of condition of release March 24 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on June 9.

• James N. Hunter, 40, Farmington, driving under the influence March 25 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on May 18.

• William F. Hill, 40, Jay, driving under the influence/driving without license March 25 by Jay police. Unsecured bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on July 20.

• Willis A. Torrey, 39, Albany, domestic assault, violation of bail conditions, March 29, Maine State Police, no bail allowed.

• David L. Rose, 31, Greenwood, violating bail conditions, March 29, Norway police, no bail allowed.

• Stephen Curtis Holden, 43, Otisfield, violating bail conditions, March 28, Maine State Police, no bail allowed.

• Matthew Thomas Kobell, 33, homeless, March 28, possession of scheduled W drugs, Maine State Police, $1,000 cash bail.

• Nicholas W.J. Palmer, 22, Otisfield, violating bail conditions, hindering prosecution, March 28, Maine State Police, no bail allowed.

• Robert C. Barber, 68, Fryeburg, disorderly conduct, refusal to submit to arrest or detention, March 28, Fryeburg police, no information on bail.

Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on May 2 in Rumford District Court:

• Katherine Howard, 31, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 12:07 a.m. March 31 on Pine Street. She was released on $700 unsecured bail.

• Sean D’Andrea, 18, Rumford, operating without a license, 11:24 a.m. March 27 on Waldo Street. He was released on $100 cash bail.

• Jeremy Cowin, 24, Rumford, shoplifting theft, disorderly conduct, refusal to submit to arrest, and violating conditions of release, at 6:20 a.m. March 26 on Bridge Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Gregg Mcpherson, 19, Rumford, operating under the influence of liquor and/or drugs, operating without a license, and possession of drug paraphernalia, 1:20 a.m. March 26 on Hall Hill Road. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• Eric H. Cutting, 58, Amesbury, Mass., operating under the influence, 8:45 p.m. March 25 on Route 2. He was released on $250 cash bail.

Accidents

• March 24, 4:37 p.m. – Roger Thibodeau, 62, of Rumford, backed his 1994 Chevy Lumina into two unoccupied vehicles parked behind the American Legion on Congress Street. There were no injuries. Damage to Thibodeau’s car was estimated at $4,000; $3,500 to a 1997 Ford F-150 pickup truck owned by Andrew Theriault, 40, of Rumford; and $200 to a 1998 Dodge caravan owned by NewPage Co. of Rumford.
