Haiti benefit

FARMINGTON — A benefit yard sale and bottle drive will be held from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, May 29 and 30 and from 7 a.m. to noon Monday, May 31. Proceeds will go toward the Haiti Church Roof Project

It will take place beside Aubuchon Hardware.

RANGELEY — The Good Shepherd Thrift Shoppe, in the undercroft, Main Street, is displaying newly donated items for spring and summer. The Thrift Shoppe is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Saturdays. Look for the yellow sign.

Veterans’ advocate

FARMINGTON — The Veterans’ Advocate will not be at the Municipal Building in Farmington on Tuesday, June 1.
