Worship service

LIVERMORE — Pastor Will Kahkonen will lead the worship service at Victory Christian Church, 1680 Federal Road, Route 4, at 10 a.m. Sunday, May 30. During the sermon, there will be “Super Church” for children and “The Refuge” youth group.

All are welcome to visit the church to pray at 7 p.m. Saturdays or at 9 a.m. Sundays, prior to worship. A Mens’ Group meets at 6 p.m. Wednesdays, in Dixfield. For more information, call 357-1162. A Womens’ Bible study also meets in Dixfield. Call 364-1463 for more information.

Students present

FARMINGTON — The Mt. Blue High School Costa Rica Exchange Group will have a presentation night from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 3, in the Mt. Blue High School library.

Baby-sitting training

PHILLIPS — Girl Scouts of Maine will offer a “Baby-sitting 101” training program for girls in grades four to eight in the Phillips area.

The program will include getting a business started, play time ideas, understanding the likes and dislikes of children, troubleshooting and solutions and certification. It will be held from 2:45 to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, June 14 and 15.

The cost of the program is $5 for currently registered Girl Scouts and $17 for non-Girl Scouts, which includes a $12 membership fee. Membership assistance is available for the fee.
