FARMINGTON — The following cases were closed recently in the Franklin County Superior Court:

Jason Wayne Abbott, 30, Livermore Falls, two counts of domestic violence terrorizing-priors, terrorizing, violating condition of release on Aug. 13, 2012, dismissed.

Matthew E. Allen, 34, Farmington, aggravated criminal mischief on July 8, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to 45 days, probation partially revoked.

Joshua M. Bartlett, 26, New Portland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Feb. 8, 2012, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to five years-all but six months suspended, probation three years, 100 hours of community service.

Chad Barton, 35, Etna, unlawful sexual contact on March 20, 1996, found guilty, sentenced to four years-all suspended, probation four years.

Miguel Cedeno, 22, Livermore Falls, criminal attempt on Feb. 24, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to three years.

Haines Charity Christopher, 32, Farmington, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Nov. 20, 2009, found guilty, fined $400.

Haines Charity Christopher , 32, New Vineyard, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release on Feb. 8, 2012, dismissed.

Haines Charity Christopher, 32, Farmington, violating condition of release on March 26, 2012, dismissed.

Jesse Coffin, 23, Kingfield, aggravated criminal mischief on Aug. 12, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to three years-all but nine months and one day suspended, probation two years, restitution of $700.

Juan Contreras, 28, Waltham, Mass., murder on June 21, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 50 years, restitution of $630.

Kevin S. Crandall, 29, Wilton, violating condition of release, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on Sept. 26, 2011, dismissed.

Dennis M. Deabler III, 34, Livermore Falls, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 7, 2010, fined $400, sentenced to six years-all suspended, probation two years.

Lorie Dubay, 47, Farmington, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 27, 2011, dismissed.

Donna Jean Dube, 47, Farmington, operating under the influence-no test-priors on Sept. 18, 2011, found guilty, fined $2,500, sentenced to 364 days, license suspended six years.

Jakob S. Duval, 23, Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by receiving stolen property on Feb. 15, 2012, dismissed.

Jakob S. Duval, 23, San Clemente, Calif., two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 28, 2012, dismissed.

David A. Frisbie, 51, Phillips, operating under the influence, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation on Feb. 28, 2012, fined $500, sentenced to 90 days, license suspended 90 days for first charge, second charge dismissed.

Travis Gordon, 20, Farmington, aggravated assault on April 12, 2012, probation violation, sentenced to 75 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Ivan L. Gould Jr., 60, Strong, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Sept. 30, 2010, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, second charge dismissed.

Theodore E. Hastings, 53, Wilton, operating under the influence-one prior, operating ATV under the influence over 21 on May 27, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $400.

Scott Kidder, 32, Chesterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 22, 2011, sentenced to three years, probation two years.

Matthew J. Lancaster, 21, Jay, criminal attempt on Feb. 14, 2012, sentenced to two years-all but six months suspended, probation two years.

Shane Lane, 39, Kingfield, unlawful sexual contact on Jan. 1, 2004, sentenced to seven years-all but two years and six months suspended, probation six years.

Fred E. Lowell Jr., 22, New Sharon, burglary, theft by receiving stolen property on Nov. 15, dismissed.

Steven Joseph Marin, 49, Wilton, failing to stop for officer, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Oct. 14, 2010, found guilty, sentenced to 75 days for each; fined $500 for second charge.

Robert Mason, 77, Farmington, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, eluding an officer on Feb. 22, 2012, dismissed.

Isaac E. Moody, 25, Kingfield, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Feb. 8, 2012, dismissed.

Jeffrey H. Offord, 49, Jay, threatening display of weapon, terrorizing on Sept. 8, 2010, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

James A. Piper, 42, Dixfield, two counts of cultivating marijuana on July 15, 2010, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

William E. Ravn, 27, Ocean Park (OOB), unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, criminal forfeiture of property on June 25, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $500, third charge forfeited.

Dylan Ricker, 20, Madison, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief on June 26, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.
