FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in Franklin County Superior Court:

Samuel D. Adler, 37, Farmington, assault and criminal mischief on March 17, both charges dismissed.

George Allicon, 63, Nashua, N.H., assault, terrorizing and disorderly conduct on Oct. 26, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $500.

John Leslie Bachelder, 31, Farmington, probation violation on an Oct. 19, 2002, operating a motor vehicle after revocation charge, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Thomas J. Barden, 22, Farmington Falls, aggravated criminal mischief and criminal mischief on Aug. 20, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Thomas Bender, 27, Jay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 3, 2005, and two counts of forgery on Nov. 4, 2005, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison; also charged with forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 13, 2006, found guilty on first charge; second charge dismissed.

David C. Bowen, 41, Hartford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 13, 2004, dismissed.

Joshua Michael Brann, 20, Phillips, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, criminal conspiracy and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Aug. 5, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, third charge dismissed; also charged with operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and violating condition of release on April 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on first charge; second and third charges dismissed.

Ryan A. Brann, 29, Farmington Falls, operating under the influence, with prior, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating condition of release on July 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

John F. Carleton, 46, Farmington, probation violation on a Jan. 15, 2006, operating under the influence charge, probation revoked.

Walter L. Colby, 34, Lebanon, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, with priors, operating under the influence, with prior, and operating after habitual offender revocation on Oct. 7, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $1,000, sentenced to 364 days at the state prison with all but 120 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended 18 months on second charge; sentenced to 120 days at the county jail on third charge; also charged with loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle on Oct. 7, found guilty, fined $500.

Walter L. Colby, 34, Berwick, hindering a forest ranger or warden on Oct. 7, dismissed.

Kevin B. Collins, 38, Oakland, sexual exploitation of a minor on May 20, 2001, found guilty, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all but two years and six months suspended.

Scott H. Collins, 38, Wilton, probation violation on a July 25, 2003, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Darren L. Costa, 41, Jay, assault on Feb. 4, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days at the state prison.

Darren L. Costa, 41, Jay, violating condition of release on May 28, 2006, and May 30, 2006, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison for each charge.

Darren L. Costa, 41, Auburn, violating condition of release on March 16, dismissed.

Jason C. Cox, 22, Jay, probation violation on a Dec. 9, 2005, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Wallace R. Cray Jr., 39, Farmington, acquiring drugs by deception and false public alarm or report on Sept. 11, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Douglas P. Currier, 49, Gorham, operating under the influence on Feb. 19, found guilty, fined $800 and license suspended 90 days.

Tina L. Dolloff, 36, Jay, probation violation on the July 17, 2005 operating under the influence and operating after habitual offender revocation charges, sentenced to 24 hours at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

John M. Doody, 27, Fort Stewart, Ga., operating under the influence on June 14, 2006, found guilty, fined $750 and license suspended 90 days.

Harold M. Dow, 42, Strong, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor under 12 on Sept. 1 and possession of sexually explicit material of a minor under 12 on Nov. 2, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all but nine months suspended and four years probation.

Damien D. Dufour, 29, Farmington, operating under the influence on Dec. 3, dismissed.

Chad M. Dunham, 21, Oquossoc, terrorizing on Feb. 5, dismissed.

Brandon Flagg, 18, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Martin Flagg Sr., 37, Jay, operating under the influence on March 6, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Scott Flanders, 43, Industry, failing to make oral or written accident report, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and falsifying physical evidence on Dec. 16, found guilty on first charge, fined $750; second and third charges dismissed.

Timothy P. Flick, 43, Casco, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Oct. 4, dismissed.

Alan S. Goldhammer, 19, Augusta, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs on Feb. 1, dismissed.

Lisa Granberg, 42, Rangeley, assault on Feb. 21, filed with no cost.

William Griffin, 27, Farmington, aggravated cruelty to animals on Jan. 2, found guilty, fined $1,000 with $750 suspended, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $40.

Charles W. Harlow, 44, Oquossoc, operating under the influence on Dec. 12, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Mark A. Harris, 38, Temple, two counts of terrorizing on Jan. 4, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 364 days at the state prison with all but 14 days suspended and one year probation.

Keith L. Hatch, 21, Jay, aggravated forgery and forgery on Dec. 12, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 120 days with all but seven days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $40; also charged with burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on Dec. 13, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail with all but seven days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $40.

Justin J. Hogan, 30, Palmer, Mass., operating under the influence on Sept. 16, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Lori James, 43, Farmington, theft by receiving stolen property on March 8, 2006, found guilty, fined $200.

David M. Kelly, 45, Boynton Beach, Fla., terrorizing on Nov. 26, filed with no cost.

Ryan P. Kelly, 19, Temple, terrorizing on Dec. 22, dismissed.

Amber Lawicka, 20, Farmington, probation violation on the Dec. 17, 2005, trafficking in prison contraband and unlawful possession of oxycodone charges, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued on first charge; sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 30 days suspended and two years probation on second charge.

Jason D. Masterson, 32, Embden, failing to make oral or written accident report on Dec. 20, found guilty, sentenced to five days at the county jail.

Rosa M. McGrail, 40, Solon, operating under the influence, with one prior, and attaching false plates on Jan. 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail and license suspended 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Joey R. McLafferty, 73, Rangeley, operating under the influence on Dec. 29, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Adam Mears, 22, probation violation on a May 9, 2004, aggravated assault charge, sentenced to nine months at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Glenn L. Metcalf, 40, Farmington, criminal trespass on Dec. 2, found guilty, fined $500.

Shane Morse, 19, Jay, criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking and transfer on Dec. 3, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $333 on first charge; also charged with burglary and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 5, all charges dismissed; and violating condition of release on Dec. 11, dismissed; and operating under the influence and violating condition of release on Jan. 21, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Clancy William Morton, 22, Woolwich, unlawful touching, assault and violating condition of release on Feb. 18, first and second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $200.

Ryan Muncey, 27, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, with two priors, violating condition of release and operating after habitual offender revocation on Nov. 12, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $1,000.

Alex J. Nida, 41, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 22, 2006, dismissed.

Walter G. Noble, 64, Wilton, operating after habitual offender revocation, with two priors and failing to give a correct name, address or date of birth on Nov. 10, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five years at the state prison; second charge dismissed; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and violating condition of release on Dec. 4, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five years at the state prison; second charge dismissed.

Teri Obrien, 26, Wilton, acquiring drugs by deception and unsworn falsification on Nov. 6, both charges filed with no cost.

Nicholas Ryan Paul, 28, Jay, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Jan. 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000 and license suspended 90 days.

John M. Perreault, 42, Brunswick, hunting moose after having killed one and exceeding 18 hours to register moose on Oct. 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000.

Nathan D. Perry, 36, Jay, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Sept. 29, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $601.

Thomas Perry, 60, Brunswick, hunting moose after having killed one and exceeding 18 hours to register moose on Oct. 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000.

Clyde L. Pingree II, 41, criminal mischief on Oct. 26, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Justin A. Quamme-Widmer, 22, Chesterville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and criminal trespass on March 18, 2006, found guilty on both charges, fined $400 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Jake E.T. Reeve, 28, Leadville, Colo., operating under the influence on Nov. 5, found guilty, fined $1,000 and license suspended 90 days.

Prudence J. Reeves, 27, Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts of misuse of identification and two counts of forgery on Jan. 1, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 45 days suspended, four years probation and restitution of $21,852 on first charge; sentenced to 45 days at the county jail for each on second, third, fourth and fifth charges.

Joshua H. Rinaldi, 26, Livermore Falls, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by receiving stolen property on Oct. 7, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $200.

Elizabeth A. Ross, 25, Farmington, reckless conduct on Feb. 18, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Levi Royer, 18, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on Dec. 30, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail.

Eben A. Schultz, 22, Farmington, operating under the influence on Dec. 24, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Robert J. Sheehan III, 34, Chesterville, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Nov. 24, dismissed.

Eugene C. Sheridan Jr., 49, St. Albans, permitting unlawful use and violating condition of release on Dec. 10, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400.

Dale R. Sibley, 40, Jay, gross sexual assault on Dec. 7 and violating condition of release on Jan. 21, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to eight days at the county jail.

Phillip-Guy Marquis Smith Jr., 21, Roxbury, two counts of burglary on July 22, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but six months suspended, two years probation and restitution of $442; also charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 22, 2004, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail.

Robert L. Storer, 69, Jay, unlawful sexual contact and six counts of gross sexual assault on Sept. 1, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 25 years at the state prison with all but 15 years suspended on first charge; sentenced to 15 years at the state prison for each on second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh charges.

Laura Thompson, 30, Kingfield, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on March 22, 2006, both charges dismissed.

Keith A. Tibbetts, 27, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on Dec. 3, dismissed.

Brian D. Tisor, 44, Stratton, operating under the influence on Dec. 22, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Kelly J. Trenoweth, 27, Jay, acquiring drugs by deception on Nov. 20, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Brian J. Vanvleit, 42, Wilton, operating under the influence and operating without a license on Nov. 23, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Cory A. Williams, 25, Fairfield, probation violation on the two Feb. 8, 2003, burglary charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Lisa A. Worthley, 35, Rumford, probation violation on a March 10, 2006, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

John C. Wray, 46, Waterville, assault on June 26, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to nine months at the state prison.
