Fund set up for Boulette


FARMINGTON – A fund has been set up for Public Works Director Mitch Boulette, who is battling lung cancer, which has spread to other parts of his body.

Donations may be made directly to the Mitch Boulette Benefit Fund, established at Franklin Savings Bank in Farmington.

Boulette, 60, of Farmington has served the town for nearly 23 years as director of the department.

He was diagnosed with lung cancer in January.

Donations should be noted that they are to go to the Mitch Boulette Benefit Fund and can be sent to Franklin Savings Bank, 197 Main St., Farmington, ME 04938.

A benefit spaghetti dinner is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 20, and a dance will follow from 8 to 11 p.m. at the Farmington Elks Lodge in West Farmington. at 7 p.m. there will be a raffle of items and 50/50 raffle.
