DOOEN – Vincent F., 77, died on Jan. 3. ELDER – Nancy Lucille Tyler, 72, died on Dec. 22. There will be no local services. After cremation, she will be interred at her family cemetery in Philippi, W.Va., where she was born and raised prior to moving to Auburn. GORDON – Harry O., 70, died on Jan. 3. Relatives and friends are invited to call on the family from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 7, at
Western Mountains Cremation and Funeral Service, 488 Farmington Falls Road, Farmington. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 8, at the United Methodist Church in Strong. Interment will be in the Village Cemetery, Strong. KILFOYLE – James Richard, 76, of Hanscom Road in Eliot, died on Jan. 3, at his home after a period of failing health. A funeral will be held on Monday, Jan. 8, at 11 a.m. at the J.S. Pelkey Funeral Home, 125 Old Post Road Kittery, ME 03904. Friends may visit with his family on Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. LAJOIE – C. Jean, 62, a resident of 16 Gibbs Lane, Greene, died in Greene, Jan. 2. A celebration of Jean’s life will be held on
TUESDAY at 1 p.m. from the Memorial Chapel of Dillingham & Son with Chaplain Kathleen O’Wril presiding. A private burial will be held in the spring.
