Geiger recognizes ‘Geiger Stars’


LEWISTON – Geiger announces that the following associates have been recognized as Geiger Stars for the year 2005. These awards are given quarterly by the Geiger Spirit Team and recognize associates/teams in Lewiston and several Geiger field offices for their excellence in one of the following five categories: Customer satisfaction, leadership, process improvements, business achievement and community service.

The culmination of the Geiger Stars award process was held in early April when up to five of these associates were recognized as Presidents Award winners at the State of the Company yearly awards ceremony.

1st Quarter 2005: Noel Kaiser – Customer Satisfaction; Bill Lee – Leadership/Process Improvements; Julie Stinson – Customer Satisfaction. 2nd Quarter 2005: Marc Lavertu – Process Improvement; Richard Plourde – Process Improvement; Tabatha Richards – Business Achievement; and Nancy Lavoie – Community Service. 3rd Quarter 2005: Louise Michaud – Customer Satisfaction; Dawn Turcotte – Customer Satisfaction/Process Improvement; 4th Quarter 2005: Trudy Bickford – Process Improvement and John Normandeau – Process Improvement.
