METHUEN, Mass. — The Maine Renegades Peewee 1 hockey team split its games this past weekend.

Game 1  was a 4-2 loss against the first place New Hampshire Saints. The Saints raced out to a 4-0 lead before the Rens started their comeback a little too late.

Chandler Bilodeau and Caden Smith scored late third-period goals, but that is all that the Rens could muster.

In the second contest, the Renegades celebrated a 5-4 victory over Lynnfield-Saugus, Mass. It was a back-and-forth battle with Lynnfield-Saugus matching the Rens on each goal.
