Maundy Thursday, April 1, 7 p.m.: the observation of Jesus’ Last Supper when he washed the disciples’ feet and celebrated the first Eucharist (Communion). The service begins outdoors with the people of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church as the sacred new fire of hope is lit. They will celebrate Eucharist and end with cider and refreshments.
