WHITNEY, Texas — Kenneth A. (Pete) Peterson, 63, passed away at his home in Whitney, Texas, April 10. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as E5 in 1988.
He was born in Lewiston, Feb. 8, 1947, the son of the late Kenneth A. Sr. and Dorothy (Paiton) Peterson. He graduated from Casco High School in 1965.
He is survived by his wife, Annette Peterson; his four daughters, Belinda Casey of Rochester, N.H., Mona Coresello of St. Worth, Texas, Madonna Brawner of Granbury, Texas, and Christina Peterson of San Diego, Calif.; seven grandchildren; five sisters, Judith Pike of Auburn, Margaret Malloy of West Bath, Karen Peterson of Gouldsboro, Susan Stevens of Turner and Jill Peterson of Machias; and one brother, Thomas Peterson of Honolulu, Hawaii.
He was predeceased by a sister, Janice Willey.
A military burial took place at the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
