L-A native holding recruitment symposium


FREEPORT — Lewiston native Conni LaDoucer, owner of ExecuQuest, a worldwide phone sourcer specialist, will be holding a symposium here along with two other companies that will offer a wealth of information for business owners and operators on successful recruiting.

The event, to be held in Freeport July 29, will explore sourcing and recruiting strategy from the executive perspective, the management perspective and the individual contributor perspective, according to event information. The one-day event will also look at Internet sourcing, phone identification and talent mapping.

The event will feature Ladouceur, Don Ramer, CEO of Arbita, and Shally Steckerl, a worldwide expert on Internet sourcing.
