PORTLAND — Laurent L. Bosse, 78, formerly of Lewiston, expired peacefully in the present comfort of family members at Maine Medical Center on Tuesday, May 26, as a result of his medical conditions.
Born in Lewiston to parents Joseph and Regina Bosse on Jan. 1, 1932, “Larry” was a retired electrician who had been involved in several local and state-wide construction projects that remain as a tribute to his work legacy.
He had been married to Constance G. Bosse of Lewiston for 54 years until her recent passing six months ago. Those who knew him clearly understood and appreciated his passion for fishing, as well as his broad-based knowledge and respect for wildlife and the great outdoors. Most importantly, he cherished his time with immediate family. He gladly rendered countless hours of his electrical expertise to several family members throughout his lifetime. He was deeply appreciated by many and will be remembered by countless more. He was a good man.
Larry Bosse is survived by son Gerard L. Bosse of New Gloucester; daughter Theresa P. and Paul LeClair of Lewiston; niece Andrea L. LeClair of Watertown, Mass.; daughter Jeannine and Marc Gousse; nephew Joseph Gousse of Westbrook; sister Jane Heyer of Forrest Lake, Minn.; and several loving nieces and nephews.
