Lempi M. Broomhall


MEXICO – Funeral services for Lempi Broomhall were conducted Saturday afternoon at the Mexico Congregational Church, with the Rev. Virginia Snapp-Cunningham officiating.

Organist was Alice Ashworth, and music selections included “There You’ll Be,” “It Had to be You” and “The Old Rugged Cross.” Special background music selections were played on acoustic guitar by grandson, Andrew Broomhall. “When I Get Where I’m Going” was sung by granddaughter, Heidi Broomhall, and grandson, acoustic guitarist Andrew Broomhall. “How Great Thou Art” was sung by the Rev. Virginia Snapp-Cunningham.

Words of remembrance by grandchildren, Ryan and Reagan Carey, shared their mom Wendy’s memories about her mother, Lempi; grandsons, Shane and Rory Amoroso remembered their Grammy; and Pastor Ginger shared daughter Vicki’s memories and her last Mother’s Day card to her mom.

A reception followed the services at The Pavilion at Linnell’s Motel in Rumford. Arrangements were under the care of the Meader and Son Funeral Home, Rumford.
