Incident Report Statistics

Between Friday, March 19, at 7 a.m. and Friday, March 26, at 7 a.m. Lewiston police responded to 591 calls for service. Of those calls, 120 were motor vehicle stops.

Criminal mischief

Creative Glass at 25 Middle St. was tagged with graffiti sometime over the weekend March 19 — 22.

A mailbox at 361 Randall Road was broken overnight March 21 — 22.

Two signs at the Farwell School at 88 Farwell St. were stolen or damaged overnight March 18 — 19.


A residence at 211 Stetson Road was burglarized between 2:15 p.m. on March 20 and 9 a.m. on March 22. Entry was gained by an unlocked door. A 42-inch LG flat-screen TV, $265 in cash and an Xbox 360 were taken.

An apartment at 7 Webster St., first floor, was burglarized overnight March 21 — 22. An Acer Aspire laptop was taken; entry was gained through an unlocked door.

The Area 4 Mental Health Services at 100 Pine St. was burglarized sometime on March 23. An AOC 17-inch computer monitor was taken.

An apartment at 78 Maple St. was burglarized between 1 and 1:40 p.m. on March 22.

Entry was gained by kicking in an entry door. An Xbox 360, iPhone 3G, iPod Nano and nine games were taken.

A residence at 79 Webster St. was burglarized overnight March 23 — 24; the screen in the bathroom was cut to gain entry, and a wallet and jacket were taken. This same residence was burglarized again on March 25 at 12:07 a.m. This time the residents caught the intruder in their backyard near the same window. Officers located Nathan Pearl, 18, who was charged with burglary, along with a 13-year-old juvenile.

Operating after suspension

Irving Colburn, 26, was charged with operating after habitual offender revocation and attaching false plates on March 25 at 9:59 p.m. on the Veterans Memorial Bridge.


Dominique Kirk, 22, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for harassment.

James Robertson, 20, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for assault.

Joseph Stanger, 20, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for fefusing to sign a summons.
