BETHEL — Levi Murrary led all players with 19 points to lead Carrabec to the 53-49 victory over Telstar in boys’ basketball action.
Troy Dumphy chipped in with 12 points for Carrabec.
Telstar had two players with 13 points with Austin Ryerson and Mike Dougherty leading the way.
Telstar ends the season with a 3-15 record and Carrabec improved to 6-11.
Carrabec 39, Telstar 26
BETHEL — Liberty Chestnut scored 13 points and Jessica Vaillancourt added 11 as Carrabec (14-3) shelved Telstar with a 39-26 victory in the final game of the season Monday night.
The Cobras took a 21-7 lead by halftime.
For Telstar, Tori Ryerson scored the game-high 16 points.
Madison 50, Mt. Abram 17
MADISON — Alexandria Jarvais dropped in 12 points and Emily McKenney helped out with 10 as Madison (11-6) thumped Mt. Abram (2-15) with a 50-17 victory in a girls’ basketball game Monday night.
McKenney also pulled down seven rebounds and Kristin Wood had eight assists for the Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs had no problem building a 29-8 lead at halftime and holding the Roadrunners to single-digit scoring for four quarters.
Sareenah Lariviere, Alex Harnden and Brooke Millbury each scored four points for Mt. Abram.
Oak Hill 48, Boothbay 38
BOOTHBAY — Oak Hill had three players in double digits in their 48-38 win over Boothbay in girls’ basketball action.
Sasha Goulet was the leading scorer with 13 points while teammates Jamie Prue dropped in 11 points and Brianna Mulherin picked up five buckets for a total of ten points.
Boothbay’s Morgan Crocker had a game high 24 points in the losing effort.
Oak Hill improves to 14-4 while Boothbay drops to 7-11.
St. Dom’s 47, Winthrop 12
AUBURN — Faith Grady paced St. Dom’s with 16 points in the 47-12 victory over Winthrop in girls’ basketball action. Kelly Pomerleau had 12 points in the victory.
Winthrop got a bucket from Dani Kotow, Randi Dennett, Sarah Spahr, Alyssa Arsenault, Michaela Ketchen and Corinna Coulton.
St. Dom’s finishes the regular season with a 15-3 record and Winthrop fell to 0-18.
Leavitt/EL 1, Lewiston 0
LEWISTON — Taylor Landry scored the lone goal for the Leavitt/EL Red Hornets in the victory over Lewiston High School in the KVAC Championship game.
The Red Hornets were 0 for 1 with the man advantage while Lewiston went scoreless on two chances.
