Lyons – Dupile


LEWISTON – The wedding of Belinda Sue Lyons and Adam Lee Dupile was held at 6 p.m. on Aug. 11 at Holy Cross Church in Lewiston. The Rev. John Tokaz officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Dupile is the daughter of Kevin and Susan Lyons of Greene and Lorraine Dubois of Poland. Mr. Dupile is the son of Brad and Lauri Dupile of Turner.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor-length gown with spaghetti straps with crystal and pearl embroidery and long train. A crystal and pearl tiara supported her veil.

Daniella Lyons, sister of the bride, and Julie Lynch, friend and college roommate, were maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Meghan Dupile, sister of the bridegroom, Kim French, friend of the bride, and Emmie Jones, childhood friend of the bride. Averie Cloutier and Brittany Cloutier, cousins of the bride, were flower girls.

Nicholas Dupile attended as best man for his brother, and ushers were Dillon Lyons, brother of the bride, Derek McFadden, friend of the bridegroom, and Shane Verville, cousin of the bridegroom. Andrew Babb, cousin of the bridegroom, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Carriage House in Lewiston, after which the couple attended a Red Sox game and went to the Sandals Grand Resort in Ocho Rios in Jamaica. They recently bought a home in Buckfield.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and a 2006 graduate of St. Joseph’s College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is a staff nurse in the ICU Department at Central Maine Medical Center.

The bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and is employed at Fire Safe and is a member of the Turner Fire Department.
