1930 – 2014
TRENTON — Marion L. Biron, 84, passed on Saturday, Sept. 6, at her home in Trenton, with her daughters, Janet and Debra, by her side.
Marion was born on March 7, 1930, in Cornwall, Ontario, the daughter of Gordon J. and Daisy E. McDonnell Hall.
Marion was predeceased by her husband, Roger V. Biron. Marion and Roger raised their family on Allen Avenue in Auburn and later retired to Deerfield Beach, Fla. She worked tirelessly by her husband’s side in their shoe manufacturing business, Romada Moccasin of Greene, and operating their summer store, Acadia Trading Post, in Trenton.
Marion is survived by her daughters, Janet Tevlin of Cambridge, Mass., and Debra Biron Vogler and husband, Ramon Melayu, of Trenton; and son, Daniel Biron and his wife, Eileen, of Lee, N.H. She also leaves behind eight beloved grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Marion is also survived by her adored brothers, Robert Hall and his wife, Elaine, of Lisbon and Walter “Jock” Hall and his wife, Alice, of Deerfield Beach, Fla.; and leaves behind many beloved Biron family sisters- and brothers-in-law.
