Martin promoted at credit union


MEXICO – Wendy Martin has been promoted to mortgage lender at Oxford Federal Credit Union, 225 River Road.

She has been at OFCU since 1990. Most recently, she has worked as a financial service representative, level four.

She and her husband live in Andover and operate Martins Service and Sales. Together, they have five adult children.

Oxford Federal Credit Union’s main office is located in Mexico and serves the Oxford Hills area from its branch at 1591 Main St., Oxford.

Neville named to Mercy post

PORTLAND – Bette Neville, RN, MSN, was recently appointed director of acute care services at Mercy Hospital in Portland.

Neville has been the nurse manager of The Birthplace at Mercy since 2003, where she has developed high-functioning care teams and led hospital-wide initiatives from concept to implementation. Prior to arriving at Mercy, she spent more than 25 years at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston in staff, nurse manager and director level positions.

Neville received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Westbrook College in Portland, and her master’s degree at the University of Southern Maine. She holds certification as a neonatal nurse practitioner.

She lives in Poland.
