RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial for Melody A. Stinchfield of Rumford was celebrated at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 24, at The Parish of the Holy Savior Church in Rumford. Concelebrating the Mass were the Rev. Alfred Jacques and the Rev. Apolinary Kavishe.Altar assistant was Mr. George Gionet. Organist was Mr. Mark Belanger. Readings were given by Mary-Ann Hamilton and Stephen McDonald. Presenting the gifts were Edward Hamilton and Pauline Cormier. Delegations in attendance were from St. Timothy Circle 504, Daughters of Isabella and from LeParesseux Snowshoe Club. The Poem “I’m Free” was read by Rebecca Trimble. Music included “Amazing Grace,”  “On Eagle’s Wings,”  “Because the Lord is My Shepherd,” and “Ave Maria.” Committal services were conducted by the Rev.  Alfred Jacques and the Rev. Apolinary Kavishe. Interment was in the Farrington-Morton Cemetery, Mexico. A reception followed at LeParesseux Snowshoe Club, Rumford.
