MEXICO — The Police Department responded to 67 incidents over the past week, including the following:
* Police Chief Roy Hodsdon said that between 8 and 10 a.m. Oct. 22, his officers responded to four complaints of motor vehicle burglaries on Worthley, Mexico and Osgood avenues. “Nothing but change was stolen,” he said. “We’ve been getting huge numbers of vehicle thefts lately, so we’re urging people to keep their doors locked.”

Hodsdon said the two fines were for $400 each.
