‘Moving Through Fear’ training to be held


FARMINGTON – Maine Centers for Women, Work and Community will present a four-week “Moving Through Fear” class from 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays, June 5 to 26.

Participants willl learn skills to help let go of the fears and create positive changes in personal and work life.

Women, Work and Community is a statewide nonprofit organization committed to improving the economic lives of Maine women and their families.

The organization works with individuals “where they are” and provides them with support, guidance and the tools they need to take the next steps toward a more promising future.

Women, Work and Community provides individual assistance and group training in building careers, starting and growing businesses, planning for financial security and becoming community leaders. All services are free.
