Parking bans are in effect in Auburn, Lewiston and Brunswick, with vehicles subject to towing at owners' expense if they are left on streets.
* Auburn: from 12:01 a.m. Sunday to noon Sunday;
* Lewiston: from 10 p.m. Saturday to noon Sunday;
* Brunswick: from 1 a.m. Sunday to 8 a.m. Sunday.
