Pratt, who for the last nine years has been on the staff at 12th District Court in Farmington, won the promotion through appointment of District Court Chief Judge Charles LaVerdiere of Wilton. Pratt, who is also a former longtime member of the SAD 9 Board of Directors, is married to Michael Pratt, who works as a paralegal with the Joly and Associates Law Firm in Wilton.
