LEWISTON — Attorney David R. Dubord, a shareholder in the Lewiston law firm of Gosselin & Dubord, P.A., recently spoke at a seminar attended by attorneys, paralegals, lenders and other credit grantors.

Dubord's talk was titled “The Nuts and Bolts of Collection Law.” Topics covered included collecting a judgment, addressing issues relating to post-judgment disclosure proceedings, sheriff’s sales, bank account levies, and other judgment collection techniques. The seminar, sponsored by the National Business Institute, was held in South Portland.
Dubord has been practicing law in Lewiston for more than 30 years. He lives in Lewiston with his wife. They have two adult children.
