Douglas named director at Healthy Oxford Hills

NORWAY — Western Maine Health/Stephens Memorial Hospital President and CEO Timothy A. Churchill announces that Jim Douglas, B.A., M.Ed, has accepted the director position at Healthy Oxford Hills, a Healthy Maine Partnership and a program of Stephens Memorial Hospital.

Douglas received a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and earned his master’s degree in education from the University of Maine in Orono. He has lectured, held workshops and training sessions and taught courses at Central Maine Community College. He was also an adjunct professor at New Hampshire Technical Institute.

For the past eight years, Douglas has worked as the bereavement supervisor at Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice. He lives in Norway with his wife, their cat and two dogs.
