LEWISTON — Chris Cilley, a service technician at Rowe Ford Auburn, recently won the 2012 PTS Performance Challenge.
The challenge is a Ford Motor Company recognition contest that grades job accomplishments in several categories, including Fix-It-Right-The-First-Time performance, retail sales, support and technical training. Cilley is one of 200 technicians nationwide to receive the prestigious honor.
Cilley’s prize is a four-day, three-night all-expenses paid trip to Ford World Headquarters in Dearborn, Mich., in May. Cilley will talk with product engineers, be part of a technical hotline, provide feedback to the Customer Service Division staff and management, and tour the Rogue Factory.
