* Kristen Gould, 29, of 8 Boardwalk Ave., Windham, on charges of driving to endanger, driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license, 3:13 p.m. Wednesday on Washington Avenue.
* Cami Marshall, 44, of 190 Bartlett St., Lewiston, on charges of driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle, 6:25 p.m. Wednesday on Turner Street.
Androscoggin County
* Crystal Jolicoeur, 24, of 21 Wheeler St., Livermore Falls, on warrants, 2 a.m. Wednesday in Livermore Falls.
Accidents
Lewiston
* A car driven by Dennis N. Cochrane, 43, of Portland struck a car driven by Ashlee Marston, 23, of Lewiston, which struck cars parked by Stephen W. Amero, 39, of Windham and Paul J. Hoffman, 49, of Braintree, Mass. Damage to Hoffman's 2007 Chevrolet was listed as minor; to Amero's 2009 Mercury and Cochrane's 2008 Ford, functional. The 2002 Volkswagen driven by Marston and owned by Susan R. Andrews of Poland was towed due to disabling damage.
