Adam Tobey, 21, of 971 Washington St., on a charge of violating a protection order, 1:35 a.m. Thursday at that address.
Androscoggin County
Sarah Warner, 42, of 137 Main St., Lisbon Falls, arrested by Lisbon police on a charge of driving while intoxicated, 2:34 a.m. Thursday on Route 196.
