Randy Berube of Lisbon kite skis on Lake Auburn on Friday afternoon. "Lake Sebago is a great place to kite ski," Berube said. "I don't think we're going to do it this year, but if the wind and surface conditions are right, you can have a 100-mile day out there." Berube, who also kite boards at Pine Point in Scarborough, said a good day is an average speed of 20 mph. He has even kite skied on Moosehead Lake. On Friday, Berube was out for about two hours and covered 22 miles.
