Marshwood Center held a ceremony on Nov. 12 to honor their veterans and family members. Lt. Col. Dwaine Drummond presented certificates of appreciation for each veteran accompanied with a single white rose and an American Flag. Frank Smithgull of Marshwood Center, Airman in the Navy, is shown receiving his award from Drummond. He was one of the 21 veterans who was recognized during this ceremony. Frank said, "This really made my day, I was so touched by the whole thing. Thank you!"
