On Nov. 9 the Daughters of Isabella Circle 677 and the Knights of Columbus 320 of Jay held a Mass for the departed members. Rev. Thomas Lequin and Rev. James Martel said the Mass. After the mass everyone gathered at the parish hall for a supper put on by the November social committee for the Daughters of Isabella. Helping the committee were the Knights. Rev. James Martel said the blessing for the food. Everyone enjoyed a Caesar salad, prime rib, baked potato, squash and pie. Before and after the meal Fern Doiron, Denise Rodzen and Kim Couture sold tickets for the Chinese auction. Each ticket had 10 chances. Everyone had a fun time trying to win one of the more than 20 different prizes.
