Moxie Festival has new website

The Moxie Festival Committee has announced that the newly designed Moxie Festival website, at www.MoxieFestival.com, is launched. Created by Maine’s own Krack Media, visitors can now obtain a 2013 schedule, events forms and find out from Frank Anicetti, Lisbon Fall’s Moxie Man, how to taste your first Moxie. According to Lisbon Public Safety Officials, more than 50,000 people attend the three-day Moxie Festival. The town has approximately 9,300 residents. Since 1982, the festival has been held on the second weekend in July. The Festival now includes a three day pow wow; Friday night fireworks; a Saturday parade, Moxie Day 5K Race, Moxie Day ATV Charity Ride and Family Fun Fair; and on Sunday, the Chief Worumbo Androscoggin River Race and the Moxie Car Show.
