Knights assist Special Olympics team

The Knights of Columbus Council 2358 of Lisbon Falls recently presented the Flying Eagles Special Olympics Team of Lisbon Falls with a check for $617.14, which was their part of the annual Tootsie Roll Drive held by the council. The balance was sent to Maine Special Olympics. This helps the team to fund their trips to the Special Olympics events. The team consists of six athletes, team parents Jerry and Jean Burkhardt, along with four other volunteers.
