At the January meeting of the Minot Historical Society, Minot resident Martha Stevens-David, pictured, gave a review of her recently published book, "Autobiography of a Simple Soul." This is a memoir of her growing up years in Aroostook County. She also read several of her poems which she has yet to publish and are very interesting. There will be no February meeting. The program for the next meeting on March 13 will be by George Buker and Donald Verrill about early town meetings.
